{"id":2359,"date":"2019-02-04T13:40:03","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T12:40:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hyperpac.de\/?p=2359"},"modified":"2019-02-04T13:40:03","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T12:40:03","slug":"citrix-receiver-ssl-error-61-digicert-global-root-g2-not-trusted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hyperpac.de\/?p=2359","title":{"rendered":"Citrix Receiver SSL Error 61 &#8211; DigiCert Global Root G2 not trusted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When you\u00b4re trying to connect to a remote machine \/ desktop \/ application you might get SSL error 61 from the Citrix Receiver saying that the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate is not trusted.<\/p>\n<p>The solution for this on a typical Windows 10 Machine is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the DigiCert website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digicert.com\/digicert-root-certificates.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.digicert.com\/digicert-root-certificates.htm<\/a> and download the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate (right click &#8220;Save as&#8221;).<\/li>\n<li>Open the start menu of Windows 10, type &#8220;cert&#8221; and choose &#8220;Manage computer certificates&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Intermediate Certification Authorities&#8221; and then &#8220;Certificates&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Right click in the window on the right and select &#8220;All tasks&#8221; -&gt; &#8220;Import&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Next&#8221;, then choose the certificate you have downloaded in step 1<\/li>\n<li>Choose &#8220;Select certificate store atutomatically&#8221; and then finish the import process<\/li>\n<li>You\u00b4re done :-).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you\u00b4re trying to connect to a remote machine \/ desktop \/ application you might get SSL error 61 from the Citrix Receiver saying that the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate is not trusted.
